  • Strong background in electrical and thermal modeling, simulations, and bench testing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in leading cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and discover customer needs and distill complex technical concepts into customer-ready specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in system architecture of high voltage power electronics products in automotive safety critical applications or Industrial applications.
  • Experience in collaborating with Tier 1 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) on the development and integration of power electronics systems. This includes a deep understanding of system-level requirements, component selection, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions in complex product environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field with minimum 10 years of experience in power electronics for automotive systems, AI datacenter or other related applications.
  • Deep understanding of solid-state switching technologies (e.g., SiC, GaN) and their application in high-reliability automotive and industrial environments.
  • Proven experience architecting systems that meet functional safety requirements under ISO 26262, including development of safety concepts, technical safety requirements, and safety cases.
  • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and system integration challenges.
  • Familiarity with different motors, motor control algorithms, and position control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make high-impact architectural decisions in ambiguous or evolving technical environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners at all levels.
