Job Overview
On Point Yacht Sales is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
This role is focused on keeping the office running smoothly and taking paperwork off the sales team’s plate. You will be the first point of contact for clients while also supporting contracts, listings, and internal organization.
We are a fast-paced sales environment, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and able to stay organized without constant direction.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and maintain a professional front office environment
- Prepare and send listing agreements and basic contracts (training provided)
- Assist brokers with paperwork and administrative tasks
- Enter and update client information in HubSpot (CRM)
- Monitor and distribute incoming online leads
- Keep documents organized and filed correctly
- Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
- Maintain a clean, presentable office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail (this role involves contracts and paperwork)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable on the phone and communicating with clients
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, email, etc.)
- Willingness to learn systems like HubSpot and BoatWizard
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred (not required):
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Experience in real estate, marine, or sales environments
Position Details
- Location: Stuart, FL (in-office only)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
