Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial buildings, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols.
• Manage janitorial responsibilities like restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while ensuring their space exceeds expectations.
• Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations during all cleaning activities.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with knowledge of janitorial practices.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards essential for maintaining hygienic spaces in hospitality or healthcare settings.
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while handling delicate fabrics with care.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus.
