Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, negotiation techniques, and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they support business growth is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment
- Prior experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is highly desirable
- Experience in sales for service based businesses
- Compensation & Support:
Commission-based pay starting at 5% per contract secured
- Residual commissions earned on ongoing/repeat contracts
