Reality Capture Specialist

On Line Design, Inc. is currently looking for an Reality Capture Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. In this role you will support end-to-end 3D documentation from on-site data collection through final delivery of high-fidelity digital representations. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable walking client manufacturing facilities, be willing to travel to client sites, and support dataset post-processing to drive customer solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment for travel and coordinate travel arrangements with the Client Capture team.
• Participate in client site walkthroughs to confirm scope, access points, and conditions which may affect project outcomes.
• Capture scan, photo, and video data to meet scope and quality standards
• Organize, document, and transfer datasets to ensure completeness and traceability
• Support registration, QA/QC, and basic post-processing
• Coordinate with the team and provide professional on-site client support

Position Requirements:

• Strong focus on safety, including following site safety rules and protocols. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to walk active job sites, navigate varying terrain, and lift/carry equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Frequent travel to industrial and commercial client sites, including up to 80% travel
• Highly flexible and open to working a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and changing schedules
• Willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions while following safety requirements
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
