ABOUT US
On-Kaul Auto Salvage is an established auto recycling and parts company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We run a network of local lead-gen websites and Google Business Profiles for our auto salvage operations across the United States, along with a proprietary SaaS product (Junk Car Calculator) that turns organic traffic into paying customers.
THE ROLE
This is not a beginner role. We need someone who has actually moved rankings on real websites, not someone who has been posting on GBPs and writing AI blog content and calling it SEO.
We need one person to OWN the entire SEO operation. Not manage it. Do it. You will be the one ranking pages, writing and optimizing content, aggressively sourcing high-quality backlinks, launching new city assets, and growing organic call volume.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Executing Local SEO Strategy: Driving growth across multiple US cities.
- Link Building & Content: Building a safe, highly effective link-building system and ensuring content ranks and converts.
- Asset Expansion: Launching new lead-gen sites and Google Business Profiles.
- Technical & On-Page Work: Keyword mapping, titles, headings, internal linking, schema, and content structure.
- GBP Management: Fully optimizing Google Business Profiles (posts, photos, categories, Q&A, reviews).
- Reporting: Monthly reporting on year-over-year call and form volume.
WHAT WE MEASURE YOU ON:
- Organic call volume going up year over year.
- Priority local keywords ranking Top 3 / Top 10.
- Leads and sales from the Junk Car Calculator through organic traffic.
- New assets successfully launched and performing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have worked IN-HOUSE for a business with multiple locations.
- You are an expert in sourcing and securing strong backlinks.
- You can show real rankings you personally moved in 2025 or 2026.
- You think for yourself and have strong, data-backed opinions about what actually works in SEO right now.
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:
- Agencies.
- Freelancers managing multiple SEO clients.
- Anyone splitting their attention across other SEO accounts.
PAY & HOURS:
- Salary: Rs 100,000 to Rs 250,000 per month, strictly dependent upon proven experience and portfolio.
- Bonuses: Performance bonuses tied directly to actual results and ranking improvements.
- Schedule: US business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST), fully remote, permanent long-term role.
