Job Title: SQL DBA/Migration Expert
Duration: 6 months contract – possibility to extend
Location: (Hybrid) Woodbury, MN
Job Description:
- Our client is looking for an experienced MS SQL Server DB primarily for migrating SQL server virtual machines to azure SQL.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration
- Proven experience migrating SQL Server from on-prem/VM environments to Azure SQL Managed Instance
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining Azure SQL Databases
- Expertise in high availability configurations, including clustering
- Experience with data replication strategies and implementation
The projected hourly range for this position is $60-70/hr.
