Job Title: Oracle HCM Analyst/ Developer – Talent/ Benefits – HR Systems Team

Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid/Remote options available)

Target Conversion Salary: $110 - $130K

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join our HR Technology team. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing Oracle HCM Talent and Benefits modules, contributing to ongoing system upgrades, and helping implement a new user interface. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for enhancing HR systems and processes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, configure, and support Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Talent Management and Benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Participate in testing and deployment of quarterly Oracle upgrades and UI rollouts.
• Support the transition to a new production operations model.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
• Provide mentorship and support to other analysts and developers as needed.

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience supporting and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Talent and/or Benefits modules.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, AutoComplete Rules, and Redwood UI.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle HCM Talent or Benefits certification.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Functional knowledge of other HCM, ERP, or SCM modules.
• Experience in healthcare or health plan IT environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder Studio, Oracle JET, or OCI.

Additional Details:

M-F; Days.

Will participate in an off-hour on-call support rotation (nights, weekends, holidays)

Position may work remotely but will prefer local/regional applicants for occasional onsite meetings/needs.

They typically hire individuals at or just above the midpoint in the grade range. The midpoint for a senior analyst is $120K.

From an equity standpoint, we would likely be looking at hiring someone in the $120-$130K range.

The projected hourly range for this position is $65 to $75.
