What are the responsibilities and job description for the Python Developer position at On-Demand Group?
We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to serve as the primary Python expert across 18 existing applications while helping drive new automation and AI initiatives in Azure. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting both production enhancements and new development within a globally distributed engineering team.

What we’re looking for:
• 5 years of hands-on Python development across the full SDLC
• Strong Python 3, Django, and OOP fundamentals
• Experience collaborating in Azure DevOps environments
• Success working across distributed global teams
• Ability to thrive in changing, high-growth environments
Nice to have:
• Databricks or PySpark experience
• ETL, workflow orchestration, or production data pipeline exposure
• Cloud notebook-based development experience
