- We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the seamless operation of our organization. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment transportation as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately identify issues and execute repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system updates in compliance with operational standards.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) across manufacturing and production machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist in construction-related tasks when required.
Qualifications (Any of the following preferred)
Whether you are a jack of all trades or a master of one, we want to talk to you.
- Mechanical Skillset: Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyor systems, gearboxes, pumps, welding/fabrication.
- Electrical Skillset: Experience with 110V/480V three-phase wiring, motor controls, panel building, or electrical troubleshooting. (If you are a licensed electrician this would be the position for you!)
- Automation/Advanced Skillset: Extensive experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming (Allen Bradley/Siemens), robotics (Fanuc/Motoman), or any CNC machinery maintenance.
- Entry-Level/Apprentices: Background using power tools, background in an industrial/automotive environment, and the will to expand their knowledge to become a master maintenance technician.
Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
