Construction Laborer/ Exterior Excavation Waterproofing

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Basement Waterproofing Technician to join our construction team. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and implementing waterproofing solutions to ensure basements are protected from moisture and water intrusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with experience in various trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality results in residential and commercial settings.

Waterproofing Technician

- Waterproofing Technician / Laborer – Broadview Hts. area. 2 years waterproofing & pipe laying experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

-Valid Driver's License

- Ability to lift 50lbs

-Able to push a wheelbarrow

-Knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials.

-Responsible for inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing waterproofing systems in both residential and commercial properties.

- Install & Repair drainage systems; (sump pumps, French drains)

-Apply waterproofing coatings, sealants, membranes, and other materials to various surfaces

- Operate Heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and dozers.

-Assist with concrete-related work including site grading, forming, pouring, and finishing
