What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural, Waterproofing and Construction Crew Member position at Cleveland Area Waterproofing, Construction and Structural?
We are a residential construction and waterproofing company serving homeowners across Northeast Ohio. We are growing and looking for skilled, reliable people to join our field crew.
What You Will Do:
- Basement and foundation waterproofing (interior and exterior)
- Foundation and structural repairs, including block walls, footers, steel columns and beams
- Framing, LVL beams and joist repairs
- Deck building and repair (wood and composite)
- Concrete, masonry and drainage work
- Demolition, site prep and cleanup
- Follow safety rules and keep job sites clean and organized
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, waterproofing or related trades
- Able to read measurements and follow plans and instructions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, on time and able to work as part of a team
- Own basic hand tools (preferred)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm along with some evenings and weekends if needed.
What We Offer:
