We're hiring a Personal & Executive Assistant to support the founder with both business operations and personal logistics. This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who is organized, resourceful, and excited to learn.
This is not a traditional admin role, it's a dynamic, high-trust position where you'll learn the ins and outs of running a growing business while helping ensure the Founder has the space and support to lead effectively.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing calendars (personal professional)
- Turning meeting notes into task lists for the Founder and her team
- Drafting invoices and supporting client proposal development
- Handling podcast admin (scheduling, uploading, formatting)
- Assisting with backend social media tasks (scheduling, content prep)
- Coordinating personal logistics (appointments, errands, family calendars)
- Supporting household needs (especially during travel periods)
- Traveling with Melissa ~1x per quarter for business trips or client events
- Occasionally helping out in person (1–2 days per week)
This is a hybrid, part-time 1099 contractor role with the potential to grow into a full-time position in 2026 based on fit and interest.
Required:
- Must be local to Petaluma, CA and able to work in person as needed
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- Strong communicator with the ability to work independently
- Quick learner with a “figure it out” attitude
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Able and willing to travel quarterly
- Comfortable around dogs (this is a must) 🐾

- Experience with podcast platforms, Canva, or basic content tools
