Safeguard Properties prides itself as a Leader in the Mortgage Field Services Industry and is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Property Preservation Vendor Network.
- Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance.
- Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform.
- Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.
· Must have Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance with $1 million coverage limits.
· Must have prior experience and know how to complete the above responsibilities.
· Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
· Must have valid ID.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
· Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions.
· Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
Job Type: Contract commission-based role.
Safeguard Properties negotiates rates on independent contractors based on volume and location and expedited disbursement of payment.
