Property Maintenance

HOM Property Management is currently looking for a great EXPERANCED maintenance crew member! With the wide variety of jobs we do, it makes each day a little different. We focus on providing a great finished product, paying attention to details and without cutting corners (except when we cut corners of the materials we are installing!!). We make repairs and remodel jobs that will last a lifetime, and expect the work we do to be better than the others, every day.

We are looking for outstanding individuals who are interested in more than a job, in the property maintenance industry, and who shares our love of the indoors and outdoors. We offer the potential to advance in responsibilities (of course in pay as well) and in time to grow with the company. Experience is required, for this position. This job will not be enjoyable if you do not like to work, or you don't get satisfaction from a job well done, and in seeing what you have accomplished.
