OMNIUX is looking for a highly organized, operationally driven Project Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is not a passive coordination role.

At OMNIUX, Project Managers serve as the operational backbone of the organization, coordinating the execution of marketing, branding, technology, website, and growth initiatives across multiple departments and client accounts. You will work directly with leadership, creatives, developers, strategists, marketers, and clients to ensure projects move efficiently, timelines remain protected, communication stays clear, and deliverables meet the standards expected of the OMNIUX brand.

The ideal candidate understands how to operate in a high-growth startup environment where accountability, urgency, adaptability, and communication matter just as much as technical capability.

The Role

The Project Manager at OMNIUX functions as:

• Operational quarterback
• Client communication lead
• Timeline and delivery manager
• Cross-department coordinator
• Quality assurance checkpoint
• Escalation and risk handler
• Internal systems enforcer

Your responsibility is to create operational clarity internally while ensuring clients experience professionalism, consistency, responsiveness, and confidence throughout every phase of engagement.

You will oversee the coordination of:

• Marketing campaigns
• Search engine marketing initiatives
• Branding projects
• Social media campaigns
• Website design and development
• Content creation and media production
• Operational and technology-related initiatives

This role requires someone who can maintain visibility across many moving parts without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients after contract execution
• Lead onboarding workflows and coordinate kickoff meetings with internal teams and clients
• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and approval processes
• Coordinate execution between marketing, SEM, SEO, branding, content, design, and development teams
• Ensure all projects remain organized and updated across internal systems, CRMs, and task management platforms
• Maintain visibility into all active client accounts and proactively identify risks, blockers, or delivery concerns
• Conduct operational QA reviews on deliverables before launch or client presentation
• Validate deliverables for grammar, functionality, formatting, strategic alignment, compliance, and execution quality
• Ensure launches, campaigns, and deliverables follow internal QA and approval procedures
• Maintain communication cadence with clients and provide proactive updates regarding timelines and project status
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and enforce accountability across project stakeholders
• Escalate operational issues, delivery risks, or client-impacting concerns when necessary
• Support process refinement, SOP implementation, and operational scalability initiatives
• Help maintain the overall OMNIUX standard across all client-facing work
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and operational technologies appropriately to improve efficiency and execution quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, account management, operations, or client services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and project coordination
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to proactively identify operational risks and problem areas
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and client communication
• Ability to operate professionally under pressure and shifting priorities
• Experience using project management systems, CRMs, and collaborative communication tools
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Bonus Experience

• Experience working in a startup, agency, consultancy, or high-growth environment
• Experience managing website design and development projects
• Experience coordinating digital marketing or SEM campaigns
• Experience working with creative teams, developers, and strategists simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and operational technologies
