We're looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-centered Administrative Treatment Coordinator to join our unique and talented team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, implementing systems, improving processes, and helping both patients and team members succeed.
As our Administrative Treatment Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily business operations of the practice while leading our front office team and partnering closely with our clinical team to ensure an outstanding experience for every patient as we provide creative and conscientious solutions for some of hte most complex dental problems.

What You'll Do
- Support the daily administrative operations of the practice.
- Create a remarkable patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion.
- Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and explain procedures and treatment processes to help patients confidently move forward with care.
- Coach, mentor, and foster growth within the administrative team.
- Optimize scheduling to maximize patient access and practice productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including production scheduling, collections forecasting, treatment acceptance, and patient retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational systems, workflows, and communication.
- Partner with the Clinical Operations Director to ensure seamless collaboration between the administrative and clinical teams.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for front office team members.
- Help foster a positive, creative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.
