The consultant will partner closely with business teams and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise goals.

- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that guide technical teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce enablement
- Support solution design discussions and ensure business needs are accurately represented in system capabilities
- Validate solutions during development and testing phases, ensuring alignment with requirements
- Assist in user training, adoption, and change management activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in Salesforce or CRM environments
- Strong ability to translate business processes into functional system requirements
- Experience creating user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications in Agile delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce features, workflows, and integrations
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant certification preferred
