wWe are seeking a Senior Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead and enhance enterprise-wide safety, health, and environmental programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. Reporting to executive leadership, this role is responsible for developing strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization

Qualificat

• ions: 15 years of progressive HSE experience within manufacturing or industrial opera
• tions.5 years in a senior-level, corporate, or multi-site HSE leadership
• role.Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations in the United S
• tates.Experience managing HSE programs across multiple facilities; Canadian regulatory experience pref
• erred.Proven success improving safety performance and strengthening organizational safety cu
• lture.Experience supporting facility expansions, operational growth, or organizational c
• hange.Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CRSP, or equivalent pref
• erred.Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree pref
• erred.Ability to travel periodically to domestic and international facil
