Our client, a leading provider of natural gas compression and emissions management solutions, is seeking an EHS Manager in the El Reno, OK area. This position will be responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a strong safety culture across the organization.
Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.

EHS Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct shop-floor safety audits to evaluate work practices, processes, equipment, and environmental conditions.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to protect employees and property.
- Deliver safety training including new hire orientation, group training, and specialized topics.
- Assist with incident investigations involving injuries, property damage, vehicle accidents, and environmental incidents.
- Support injury case management and emergency response as needed.
- Maintain and manage the SDS program across manufacturing locations.
- Assist with policy and procedure updates and monthly leading indicator reports.
- Participate in safety meetings and collaborate with the Manufacturing Safety Involvement Team.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and emerging EHS practices.
- Travel up to 20% to other locations as needed and work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
EHS Manager Requirements·
- Minimum 5 years of full-time EHS/safety experience.
- Manufacturing or industrial safety experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and general industry safety regulations.
- Experience developing and delivering safety training and presentations.
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
