- Partner with executives and senior leadership to assess the impact of major strategic initiatives on people, processes, and technology.

- Coordinate and align multiple project teams to deliver the full change strategy and consolidate efforts into a unified readiness plan.
- Provide change leadership for complex operational and technology initiatives to ensure high adoption, sustained behavioral change, and achievement of OKRs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to assess, document, and manage cross initiative dependencies.‑initiative dependencies.

- Partner with agency and departmental communications teams to develop and refine communication strategies that drive clarity, alignment, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs and learning assets that accelerate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans for vendor transitions and enterprise initiatives.
- Define core messages, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication frameworks for adoption across multiple agencies and business units.
- Build and maintain stakeholder alignment, including agency leadership, functional owners, and cross disciplinary partners( IT, HR, Media, Non-Media etc.).‑disciplinary partners.
- Proactively identify and address risks, resistance points, and organizational impacts.
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
- Track and report on transition progress, risks, and issues, ensuring leadership visibility into readiness, blockers, and decisions required.

- Maintain dashboards, status reports, and metrics to support informed decision-making.‑making.

- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's Degree Preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in operational and financial reporting.
- 7–10 years of experience in change management or organizational transformation, including 3–5 years leading adoption and utilization efforts.
- Experience within media, marketing services, consulting / corporate development, or similarly matrixed environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of change methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.‑paced environment.
