What You’ll Do
The Program Manager of Change Management is responsible for coordinating the controlled implementation of product and process changes in manufacturing. Responsibilities include covering the end-to-end change control process (planning, review, implementation, and closure).
- Facilitate the manufacturing change control board
- Engage all manufacturing disciplines in the review and disposition of changes
- Review engineering change notices (ECN) and bill of materials (BOM) changes
- Develop change implementation project plans
- Engage internal stakeholders to ensure change compliance while minimizing operations impact.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred)
- 6 years relevant experience change control/management processes
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to review and interpret Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and engineering drawings
- Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
