Senior Analyst, Growth
As a Senior Analyst, Growth, you’ll be part of the global Growth team at Omnicom Media Group. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, support ongoing reporting needs, and collaborate with both business stakeholders and development teams to improve our CRM platform. You’ll add value to the organization through a strong focus on accurate and timely reporting, process improvement, and automation to support our Global Growth team. This position is ideal for someone who has a foundation in business analytics and is eager to grow their technical and analytical skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Senior Analyst, Growth
As a Senior Analyst, Growth, you’ll be part of the global Growth team at Omnicom Media Group. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and evolving our new business reporting processes, including internal and external reporting initiatives
- Own the process for the tracking new business opportunities in the pipeline across the globe via a global CRM platform
- Work closely with development teams to define, test, and implement new CRM features and enhancements
- Liaise with local, regional, and global new business teams to ensure the information provided is comprehensive and received in timely manner
- Deliver complete and accurate reports (on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis) that ultimately help drive ongoing strategic business decisions
- Identify and promote opportunities to improve reporting and governance processes, and help resolve issues/inconsistencies
- Operate at a tactical level with an eye to the overarching strategic goals of identifying gaps and opportunities for growth
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful business insights
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies in reports and CRM data
- Monitor CRM usage and performance to recommend process or feature improvements
- Assist in documenting reporting processes, and system enhancements
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline
- 1-2 years of professional experience in data reporting, business analysis or similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot) including working with developers or administrators on feature updates
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning
- Proficiency in Power BI for building and maintaining interactive dashboards
- Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of professionalism and integrity
