Manager – Activations, Outcomes

Position Overview
The goal of the Activation Manager is to lead day-to-day account management for programmatic campaigns, ensuring performance and KPI delivery. They are responsible for any daily management or tactical implementation of tasks, work with the Associate Manager, Associate & Senior Associate to ensure their programs are pacing properly and analysis of performance and campaign optimizations. When it comes to reporting, the Manager are tasked with writing the final client facing analysis. The Manager will play an important role in client and internal team communication, primarily over email but also in person and virtually. The goal for the Manager is to have a high level of understanding when it comes to day-to-day management of the activation programmatic program and will include media plan development, performance reporting, training and supervising associates (e.g., billing and pacing), and ensuring the account exceeds guaranteed KPIs. As part of Omnicom Media Group's Outcomes division, this position sits within a specialized team focused on delivering performance driven results against strict KPIs. The Manager will act as a day-to-day account lead, collaborating closely with internal agency teams, and vendors to build effective media campaigns. This role requires a self-motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple moving pieces to keep accounts on track. You'll be responsible for ensuring all deliverables are met on time, proactively identifying needs, and taking initiative to drive work forward without constant oversight

Responsibilities
- Daily management and tactical implementation of campaigns.
- Collaborate with Associate Manager, Associate, and Senior Associate to ensure pacing and optimizations are managed.
- Write final client-facing performance analysis reports.
- Act as the account lead, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Handle media plan development, reporting, training, billing, pacing, and KPI achievement.
Experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital campaigns in a media agency.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across internal and external teams.
- Passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable producing and presenting reports to agency leads and clients.
- Experience managing junior associates is a plus.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$50,000—$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
