About the Job:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of assigned brand initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards across multichannel tactics. You will partner cross-functionally with teams including Account Management, Creative, Editorial, Technology, Finance, and Production to drive collaboration, align priorities, and proactively solve challenges. You will also oversee project workflows, resource planning, and operational processes while maintaining a detail-oriented approach to administration and reporting.
A Day in the Life:
- Lead and independently manage multichannel projects from concept through deployment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery across assigned brand initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Editorial, Finance, and Production to align priorities, communicate updates, and support seamless project execution.
- Guide project workflows, timelines, estimates, and scope management while proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and ensure alignment on deliverables, schedules, and expectations.
- Support and mentor junior team members by providing day-to-day guidance, encouraging collaboration, and fostering professional growth.
- Contribute to operational excellence by following agency processes and tools, participating in process improvement initiatives, and supporting financial and resource planning discussions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and administrative responsibilities with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
What you will need:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations/Administration, or a related field; pharmaceutical marketing or advertising experience is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, project management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project or Workfront), and basic financial management tools such as SAP or equivalent systems.
- Strong knowledge of multichannel production across print, video, and digital platforms, including websites, emails, banners, IVAs, and congress materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, financial, and campaign launch management capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build strong working relationships, delegate responsibilities thoughtfully, and support the growth and mentorship of junior team members.
Salary
$80,000 - $110,000 annually.
