Responsibilities

- Engage in effective negotiation to secure insurance policies that meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy options and answering inquiries
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy processing
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards
- Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes when necessary
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up with prospects

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
