The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, recommending suitable policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service
Responsibilities
Greeting customers, answering calls and emails about insurance policies, coverage, claims processes, and other related matters.
Qualifications
We will train the right person. We will provide help with obtaining your insurance agent license. You must have a high school or higher education. You must be detail oriented and excel in communication. You must have comfort and proficiency with computer systems. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
