Black Hills Exteriors is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations, financial performance, and team development at our Sioux Falls location. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensure top-quality customer experiences, and grow a high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving branch revenue and profitability goals, building strong relationships with customers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
The ideal candidate has 3 years of leadership experience in construction, roofing, or a related industry, with proven success in driving operational and financial results. Strong communication, customer service, and financial management skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
