Voyage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Dawley Farms branch. As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring delivery of outstanding member service, and driving business growth. What You Will Do:
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing branch team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set performance expectations to provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Branch Operations and Service
- Monitor branch operations to ensure exceptional member service delivery at all times.
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Directs preparation of branch reports detailing transaction and cross-sell activities and any other reports as requested by the VP.
- Oversee and maintain equipment of the branch
- Manage the approved vendor list to maintain and upkeep the branch.
- Able to open all deposit accounts.
- Monitors attainment of established sales goals for the credit union’s products and services, and establishes standards to ensure quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Gather background information on loan applicants by interviewing loan applicants and obtaining credit reports.
- Oversee and administer IRA accounts for accuracy and compliance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee Member Service Representative I and Member Service Representative II
What You Will Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar or related position with supervisory experience.
