We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the backbone of our hiring efforts. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to deliver a seamless candidate experience while keeping our systems sharp. You'll be the primary point of contact for candidates from first touch through Day 1 - setting the tone for what it's like to work at Omni.

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the backbone of our hiring efforts. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to deliver a seamless candidate experience while keeping our systems sharp. You'll be the primary point of contact for candidates from first touch through Day 1 - setting the tone for what it's like to work at Omni.
What You'll Do
- Drive faster, more predictable hiring by coordinating across managers, candidates, and tools to keep processes moving without friction.
- Manage our ATS (Ashby): maintain pipelines, schedule interviews, keep data clean
- Screen resumes and flag strong fits for hiring managers
- Source and engage candidates to supplement inbound and agency pipelines
- Serve as the candidate's main contact from application through onboarding - clear, timely, and warm communication throughout
- Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers
- Issue offers, coordinate approvals, and run onboarding in Rippling (offer ? setup ? Day 1)
- Discover and pilot new tools (e.g. Juicebox.ai) to ensure Omni stays ahead in how we attract and hire talent
- 1 year of recruiting coordination, HR, or operations experience (startup a plus).
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.
- Strong communicator - clear, professional, and personable with candidates and managers.
- Curious and proactive: you notice gaps, propose solutions, and try new tools.
We're considering both applications for both full-time and part-time hourly roles
- Full-time (Salaried): $75,000 - $90,000 equity
- Part-time / Hourly: $35 - $45/hour
