Overview
As an Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations and supporting team members.

What you’ll do

  • Manage office operations, including schedule management and calendar coordination for team members.
  • Coordinate event planning activities, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Facilitate onboarding functions, including uniform inventory, scheduling drug tests, etc.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for traveling staff, including but not limited to Airbnbs, Hotels, Flights or Rental Vehicles.
  • Maintain and order office inventory items for multiple office locations
  • Track and ensure all operational tasks are completed

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in office experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • 2 years in office administration
  • Strong budgeting skills to help manage departmental expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
