Overview
As an Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations and supporting team members.
What you’ll do
- Manage office operations, including schedule management and calendar coordination for team members.
- Coordinate event planning activities, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Facilitate onboarding functions, including uniform inventory, scheduling drug tests, etc.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for traveling staff, including but not limited to Airbnbs, Hotels, Flights or Rental Vehicles.
- Maintain and order office inventory items for multiple office locations
- Track and ensure all operational tasks are completed
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in office experience.
Preferred qualifications
- 2 years in office administration
- Strong budgeting skills to help manage departmental expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
