Lead Patient Care Coordinator/Aesthetic Sales Consultant

About the Role:
As the Hybrid PCC/MA at OMNI SCULPT MD, you are a key pillar in delivering the five-star, concierge-level experience our patients expect. This role seamlessly integrates front-end patient coordination with back-of-house clinical support, ensuring every patient feels educated, cared for, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care Coordination:
- Welcome and guide patients with a luxury, hospitality-driven approach
- Educate patients on our treatments, packages, and pre-/post-care
- Support new patient consultations and assist with treatment planning
- Answer phones, book and manage appointments, check patients in/out, and nurture inbound leads
- Provide concierge-level communication and service to elevate patient satisfaction
Medical Assistant Support:
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers during aesthetic and regenerative procedures
- Perform vitals, medical history updates, charting, and EMR documentation
- Capture high-quality before/after photos and manage image organization
- Perform room turnover, sterilization, and inventory checks
- Provide hands-on support for injectables, laser treatments, PRF/PRP, hormone therapy prep, and more
- Complete blood draws (if licensed) for PRF/PRP and IV/IM therapies
Required Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in a Medspa, dermatology practice, or plastic surgery office
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetic treatments, skincare, and regenerative services
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and polish
- Ability to multitask, follow systems, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Assistance experience required
- Experience with EMR systems and patient communication platforms
- Comfort discussing memberships, packages, skincare, and aesthetic treatment plans
- Background in luxury service or high-end medical aesthetics

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
