As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Aesthetic Sales/Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consultations and treatments for patients.
- Our best team members are engaged and interested in long term careers in the Aesthetics field.
- Manage and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Actively promote our treatments, services, products, programs, and promotions
- Manage and nurture leads and lead CRM and actively engage with potential clients; Contacting leads via phone call, text message and email to set up appointments and answer questions regarding procedures.
- Provide detailed information on treatments and answering any patient inquiries with clear knowledge.
- Drive sales and achieve targets for treatments and products based on patient goals.
- Ensure patients have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
- Work closely with the manager and medical team to stay updated on treatments and promotions.
- Maintain patient records accurately and follow HIPPA and OSHA compliancy.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events when required.
Full Time employees work a combination of shifts not to exceed 40 hours a week. Full time employees work alternate weekends.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in med spa sales.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about aesthetics and providing high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
