Responsibilities
- Coach, train, evaluate, and lead plant associates; resolve issues promptly
- Implement corrective actions for safety or quality concerns
- Maintain production flow and report delays
- Promote ISO compliance
- Assist with monthly budgeting
- Confirm daily production schedules and ensure proper staffing
- Verify accuracy of daily reports (product quantity, downtime, scrap)
- Attend departmental meetings
- Drive process improvements
- Ensure safety and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with all levels within the plant
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with assembly, CNC, or die casting (preferred)
- Hands-on approach
