What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Care Specialist - Case Manager position at Omni Inventive Care?
Omni Inventive Care is a non-profit agency specializing in community services. We have an opening for a Foster Care Specialist at our Omaha office. The specialist will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and guiding foster parents who have children in placement who have emotional and behavioral problems. This includes meeting with foster parents on a weekly basis, developing treatment plans, writing social histories, and attending necessary care management meetings and court hearings.

Requirements include:
*Bachelor’s Degree related to Human Services is required. Experience a plus!
*6 points or less on driving record.
*Must have valid Driver's license and insurance
*Satisfactory results of pre-employment background checks.
Physical Requirements include:
*Must be able to monitor eloping client for at least 10 minutes
*Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including the ability to lift 70lbs
