Overview:

Responsibilities:

·        Support the efforts of the sales team to drive top-line revenue for the hotel.  

·        Manages and assigns all sales inquiries for group, catering, and private dining sales.

·        Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums. 

·        Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and romotional items 

·        Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi and Tripleseat) 

·        Assist clients and media in the absence of the Sales Manager          

·        Coordinate client site inspections and preplanning visits  

·        Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed 

Qualifications:

·        Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills 

·        Passionate for hospitality and effectively engages with internal and external clients 

·        Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions 

·        Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills 

·        Multi-tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment 

·        Exercises sound judgment evaluates situations and utilizes appropriate and creative resources to solve problems 

·        Is technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Delphi FDC and Opera preferred
