Job Description
Responsible for the overall service and execution of the Pool Concierge Program at the Formal Pool. Provide exceptional guest service and oversee Cabana Program and amenities of the Formal Pool.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain Formal Pool grounds and Cabanas.
- Greet guests and cater to their needs with the poolside cabanas.
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Ensure a seamless F&B experience at the Formal Pool and in the Cabanas by working with servers to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner.
- Assist Recreation Managers in other areas of Recreation when needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in Recreation/Hospitality or at least 1 year experience in a Recreation or hospitality related position.
- Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid.
- Basic computer skills for administrative work.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Able to push/pull towels bins weighing up to 300 pounds.
- Must have basic swimming skills to assist a guest in the pool if needed.
- Able to work on feet for majority of shift.
Working Environment:
- Okay to work in various weather conditions: extreme heat, cold, rain, sun, etc.
- Must be comfortable in and around pools.
Tools & Equipment:
- Computer and POS skills
- Basic knowledge of computer programs
