Full Throttle Security Corp is a growing agency dedicated to professionalism and client satisfaction. We are seeking experienced Unarmed Retail Security Officers to help provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for retail clients, their staff, and guests.
Available Schedules (must be able to work full schedule as listed):
- Option 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday → 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Option 2: Wednesday 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday & Saturday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong and professional security presence in a retail setting.
- Patrol designated areas on foot for extended periods.
- Prevent and deter theft, vandalism, and disorderly conduct.
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
- Complete accurate incident reports and follow company procedures.
- Support store closing procedures and ensure property safety.
- Communicate clearly with management, team members, and law enforcement as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (Required).
- At least 3 years of retail security experience with knowledge of closing procedures.
- Clean, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long shifts.
- Must have a working cell phone with ability to take photos and use apps.
- Punctuality is mandatory (must arrive at least 5 minutes before shift).
- Weekend availability is required.
