As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll take full ownership of generating your own leads, building your book of business, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process. No waiting on company-fed leads. No hand-holding. Just high-income potential for someone who wants it.

What You’ll Do
Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, community events, networking, and referrals
Inspect roofs, identify storm or age-related damage, and educate homeowners on next steps
Present repair or replacement options and close contracts
Assist homeowners with insurance-claim processes when applicable
Build, manage, and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and energy
Become a trusted expert in your territory and local communities
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter with a hunter mentality—no fear of knocking doors
Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions
Previous sales or D2D experience is a strong plus, but not required
Ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally
High integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to succeed
