Role Description The Concierge is a full-time, on-site role based at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This position is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, providing information about resort amenities, and recommending local attractions, dining, and activities tailored to guest preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include arranging reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and recreational activities, as well as coordinating special requests and personalized services to enhance the guest experience. The Concierge also collaborates closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other resort teams to ensure seamless service and prompt resolution of guest inquiries. A strong focus on delivering hospitable, efficient, and accurate assistance is essential to support the resort’s reputation for exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver high-quality Concierge Services, including personalized recommendations and guest assistance.
- Proficiency in managing Reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and resort activities.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating information.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.
- Prior experience in hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Familiarity with local Hilton Head Island attractions, dining, and activities, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort using reservation systems, property management software, and basic office technology.
