What You'll Do
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with older adults and their families.
- Facilitate outings, appointments, social engagements, hobbies, exercise, and community involvement.
- Support clients with daily routines while preserving dignity, independence, and choice.
- Observe and communicate changes in cognitive, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the COVE team to deliver highly personalized lifestyle support and care.
Who Thrives at COVE
Our strongest Care Partners often come from backgrounds such as:
- Nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, and other healthcare professions.
- Medical, nursing, PA, OT, PT, psychology, and social work students.
- Recent graduates in psychology, communications, sociology, hospitality, education, recreation therapy, or related fields.
- Luxury hospitality, concierge, customer experience, and wellness professionals.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
