This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist at Omni Family of Services (formerly Omni Visions) in Cleveland, TN. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' well-being.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in the state of Tennessee
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to ethical guidelines
