OMG currently operates in two Divisions: OMG Roofing Products and FastenMaster®. OMG Roofing Products is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of value-added components for the commercial roofing industry. The FastenMaster Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood-to-wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier. The Service Delivery Manager uses Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) data to ensure on-time product delivery. This key position demands strong organizational and communication skills to manage the flow of material through the value stream using our Kanban pull system. The Service Delivery Manager must have a strong understanding of product manufacturing and lean processes and will lead by example.

Position Responsibilities
- Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing, providing direction and support to the Service Delivery team to meet customer demand.
- Use our SIOP process to review production capability and recommend measures to improve output or identify alternative procurement options.
- Review daily orders against inventory levels and manage the Kanban system.
- Communicate with internal and external supply chains to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Regular interaction with the commercial team to identify internal or customer-driven events that could impact the established plan.
- Conduct a weekly review to ensure policies and processes related to Kanban are followed throughout the value stream.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
