OMG National has over 3,000 SMB active clients on our monthly roster and a third of them are on some variety of Google Paid Search advertising. We are looking for an ambitious and seasoned professional to direct product strategy, help manage our Paid Search team of 5 members, and handle the buildout, maintenance, and optimization of the top ~10% of our accounts. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Google paid search strategies, keyword research, and performance tracking, as well as be deeply committed to staying ahead of the curve in advancements and innovations within the industry.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead our Paid Search product development including feature molding, process innovation, and campaign optimization strategies to be implemented across our teams.Liasson with our operational and marketing teams to streamline efficiency and increase demonstrable client value.Spearhead the ongoing management of all accounts by leading our Paid Search team and personally taking responsibility for the top ~10% of our largest clients.Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across all of Google’s Networks such as Local Search Ads, Search, Display, YouTube, and Discovery, focusing on driving conversions and ROI.Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Write compelling ad copy and create effective landing page strategies to improve Quality Scores and campaign performance.Digest and analyze campaign performance post-launch and adapt campaigns to better establish successful KPIs.Perform ongoing optimizations, including bid adjustments, A/B testing, and audience targeting refinements.Analyze campaign performance data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Stay current with Google Ads platform updates and industry trends to identify new opportunities for client growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO and content, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.Interact closely with client service and fulfillment teams to drive and communicate performance to the clients.Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring each campaign aligns with client goals and budgets.Qualifications5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.Google Ads Certification.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.Experience with call tracking software such as Call Tracking Metrics or CallRail.Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.Compensation HiringThis is a full-time position with a competitive starting wage.
