We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive professional who can develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and support the company’s expansion in both digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Specialist will ensure OMG Contigo reaches its audience effectively while supporting our mission to empower new business owners.
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop engaging sales content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI tools to design catalogs, graphics, videos, and improve content effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing and organizing Zoom meetings and online training sessions for business coaching.
- Bring creative and innovative ideas to help OMG Contigo stay on-trend and grow brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and content, suggesting improvements when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and familiarity with AI tools for content optimization.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance is a plus.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with trends and bringing innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
