Production Support

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support across multiple departments, stepping in where extra help is needed. While you may assist various areas, your primary responsibility will be crating finished products to meet customer specifications.

You will work closely with the Shipping & Receiving Lead and collaborate with several departments to ensure materials are handled efficiently and products are prepared with exceptional quality. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from inbound and outbound trucks.
• Move, organize, and distribute material to support production and other departments.
• Prepare, crate, and package finished products to customer specifications.
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other required equipment.
• Regularly lift, carry, or move materials throughout the workday.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all work performed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Collaborate with team members across departments, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Assist with training and guidance for others as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
• A dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and treats company goals as their own.
• Ability to adapt and support multiple departments based on daily needs.
• Comfortable operating industrial equipment or willing to be trained.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
