The Administrative Assistant provides exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support as a valued member of a high-performing team. This role supports customer-facing activities as well as operational and human resources functions, contributing to efficient plant operations, seamless workflow processes, and a positive customer experience. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact for visitors and employees while ensuring accuracy, organization, and responsiveness in all areas of responsibility.
This is a part-time position, scheduled for 24 to 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Flexible work hours are available provided the schedule falls between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Main Responsibilities
Provide exemplary administrative support across all business functions..
Provide excellent customer service to all who enter the building.
Complete document recovery scanning and ensure proper record retention.
Prepare UPS labels and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries.
Maintain and update electronic and hard‑copy filing systems.
Manage all incoming visitors with high customer service standards and assist with guest inquiries.
Enter data daily into spreadsheets and databases; create and maintain documents supporting business functions.
Serve as an ongoing resource and support for facility operations and human resources.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by business leaders to support efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a related field preferred.
3–5 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
