Summary
The Vice President of Channel & Alliances is a revenue-owning executive responsible for architecting, scaling, and optimizing a high-performance MSP partner ecosystem that drives measurable pipeline, bookings, and enterprise value. Reporting to executive leadership, this leader will design and execute a sophisticated partner-led go-to-market strategy aligned to aggressive growth targets, vertical expansion (Healthcare, Financial Services, and other regulated industries), and private-equity performance expectations.
This role requires deep MSP channel experience, including demonstrated success working with Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) such as Telarus, AVANT, and Intelisys, while simultaneously building a diversified partner ecosystem inclusive of mid-sized resellers and referral partners.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Channel Strategy & Market Expansion
• Define and execute a multi-year MSP channel strategy aligned with revenue targets, ICP, and vertical growth priorities
• Architect a holistic partner ecosystem inclusive of Technology Services Distributors (TSDs), mid-sized regional resellers, and referral/agent partners
• Develop differentiated partner positioning within TSD marketplaces to drive share of wallet and pipeline acceleration
• Structure scalable partner program tiers, incentives, and performance metrics
Revenue Ownership & Financial Accountability
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, and closed-won revenue targets
• Establish forecasting rigor and executive-level reporting on channel performance, ROI, and margin contribution
• Drive predictable revenue growth through disciplined QBRs and partner business planning
• Optimize compensation models and incentive structures to maximize revenue and partner engagement
TSD & Strategic Distribution Leadership
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with major Technology Services Distributors including Telarus, AVANT, and Intelisys
• Develop go-to-market strategies within distributor ecosystems to increase visibility and pipeline contribution
• Lead enablement initiatives that position the company as a preferred MSP partner within TSD channels
• Track performance across distributor networks and adjust engagement strategy to improve yield
Partner Ecosystem Development
• Recruit and onboard high-impact mid-market MSPs, VARs, and referral partners aligned to vertical strategy
• Drive joint business planning, co-selling motions, and executive alignment with strategic partners
• Serve as executive escalation point for high-value alliances
Co-Marketing & MDF Strategy
• Design and execute co-marketing programs with channel partners to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
• Strategically leverage MDF (Market Development Funds) to maximize ROI and measurable pipeline impact
• Collaborate with Marketing to build partner-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and digital initiatives
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize partner-driven marketing investments
Leadership & Organizational Scale
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Channel & Alliances organization
• Recruit, develop, and mentor channel leaders as the partner ecosystem expands
• Foster a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, execution, and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
• 10 years of progressive experience in B2B channel leadership within an MSP or technology services organization
• Demonstrated MSP Channel Partner experience required
• Direct experience working with Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) including Telarus, AVANT, Intelisys, or similar ecosystems
• Proven success building a diversified partner ecosystem inclusive of TSDs, mid-sized resellers, and referral partners
• Experience developing and executing co-marketing programs and effectively leveraging MDF funds to drive measurable pipeline
• Executive-level revenue ownership with consistent track record of driving significant partner-sourced growth
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and ecosystem-driven revenue strategy
• Experience operating in a private-equity or high-growth environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Salary : $215,000 - $225,000
