What are the responsibilities and job description for the Targeted Service Coordinator position at Omega Service Coordination, Inc.?
Develop and write a plan for each participant with developmental disabilities that are eligible for Medicaid. Monitor participant services to make sure they are receiving needed and quality services through Medicaid behavioral health system. Have regular contacts with participants, medical service providers, guardians and family members to provide adequate supports and services for Medicaid recepients.
Prefer a Spanish speaking applicant and a background check is required.
