Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced law and motion attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, filing complaints, drafting motions, and interpleaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well-reasoned written arguments
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain case-related documents and filings
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support litigation strategy
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- 2 years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
